In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

These Terms &amp ; Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bajiaid. By taking any of the following actions, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms in full:

• Creating a registered account on bajiaid;
• Logging in to an existing account on the Platform;
• Depositing funds into your bajiaid account;
• Placing any bet, wager, or participating in any casino game on the Platform;
• Accessing or browsing any part of the Platform, whether or not you are a registered user.

If you access the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms, and by using the Platform you agree to these Terms on behalf of that party.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and bajiaid.

If at any time you do not agree with these Terms, or any amended version of them, you must immediately stop using the Platform and contact our support team at support@bajiaid to arrange account closure.

To be eligible to register and use bajiaid, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted);
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on bajiaid or any affiliated platform;
• You do not already hold an active account on bajiaid — only one account per person is permitted;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

bajiaid reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information you provide at registration at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in our request may result in account suspension or closure.

We reserve the right to refuse registration to any applicant at our sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

As a registered user of bajiaid, you agree to the following obligations with respect to your account:

• One Account Per Player: You may hold only one registered account on bajiaid at any time. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or using alternate names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other security credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any other person. bajiaid will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Accurate Information: You must ensure that all personal information held on your account is accurate and up to date at all times. If your contact details, payment method, or other registered information changes, you must update your account profile promptly.
• Prompt Notification: You must notify bajiaid immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account, any breach of your account security, or any discrepancy in your account balance or transaction history.
• Personal Use Only: Your account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any third party to use your account to place bets, access games, or conduct any other activity on the Platform.
• Funds Source: You warrant that all funds deposited into your bajiaid account originate from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. We operate an anti-money laundering policy and reserve the right to request evidence of the source of deposited funds.

bajiaid reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any account at any time, and to temporarily freeze an account pending completion of those checks. We will use reasonable endeavours to complete such checks and restore normal account access as quickly as possible.

All financial transactions on bajiaid are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Supported Payment Methods: bajiaid currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved Bangladeshi payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The available payment methods displayed in your account at the time of a transaction are the definitive current list; bajiaid may add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Minimum and Maximum Transactions: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method. Maximum transaction limits also apply and are disclosed at the point of transaction. bajiaid reserves the right to amend these limits at any time.

Deposit Processing: Mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your bajiaid account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer to process and are subject to the processing times of the respective bank.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Once approved, withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method selected and typically range from instant (mobile wallets) to three business days (bank transfers). bajiaid does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawal to Originating Method: For security and anti-money laundering compliance purposes, withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. bajiaid reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawals via a payment method different from the deposit method.

Currency: bajiaid operates exclusively in BDT. Any deposit made in a foreign currency (if technically possible through a payment provider) will be converted to BDT at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction; conversion rates and any associated fees are your responsibility.

bajiaid offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms expressly state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. A player who has breached these Terms, is subject to account restrictions, or has been identified as engaging in bonus abuse may be excluded from promotions at bajiaid's sole discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions at the time the offer is made. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement on Bonus Funds is 30x the bonus amount.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute at different rates towards clearing wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or may not contribute at all. The contribution rates applicable to each promotion are disclosed in that promotion's specific terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and free spins have an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Bonus Funds that are not wagered through within the expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Bet with Bonus Funds: While Bonus Funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted stake per bet or spin is ৳500 (or the equivalent in the relevant game's denomination), unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets placed in excess of this limit while Bonus Funds are active may be voided at bajiaid's discretion.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus Funds themselves are not withdrawable. Only winnings generated from Bonus Funds, and only after the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied, are eligible for withdrawal as real-money funds.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a promotion expressly permits combining offers, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in forfeiture of all bonus balances.
• Bonus Abuse: bajiaid employs automated and manual monitoring to identify patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering on opposite outcomes, low-variance play designed solely to clear requirements, use of multiple accounts, and coordinated group play. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonus balances and associated winnings forfeited, and the account may be suspended.

bajiaid reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. In the event of a conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the individual promotion's terms will take precedence.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on bajiaid. Specific Game Rules for individual casino games and betting markets are published separately within each game or market interface and must be read in conjunction with these general rules.

• Sufficient Funds: Bets may only be placed using available real-money or bonus funds held in your account at the time of placing the bet. You cannot place a bet that exceeds your available balance. bajiaid does not offer credit or any form of deferred payment.
• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid once confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number is issued. Bets that are not confirmed due to connectivity issues, system errors, or insufficient funds are not valid and are not binding on bajiaid.
• Odds and Prices: All sports betting odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applied to your bet are those in effect at the precise moment your bet is accepted and confirmed by the system. We reserve the right to correct any odds that are clearly displayed in error.
• Obvious Errors: bajiaid reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or on terms that are clearly erroneous — including but not limited to pricing errors, technical faults, or human input errors — regardless of whether the bet has already been confirmed. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your account.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets operate under fast-changing conditions. Bets accepted during live events are subject to the outcome of the event at the time of acceptance and are not voided solely because the match state changes after acceptance. Delays in data transmission may affect in-play odds; bajiaid is not responsible for any such delays.
• RNG Games: All digital casino games (slots, virtual table games, crash games) use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG ensures that outcomes are statistically random and independent of previous results. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) rates represent long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games are conducted by professionally trained dealers under controlled conditions. Game outcomes are determined by genuine physical processes (cards dealt, roulette wheel spun, dice rolled). By participating in live casino games, you accept that the outcome of any hand, spin, or roll is final once the dealer has announced it and the round has concluded.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and betting market has specified minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game or market interface. These limits may be varied by bajiaid at any time without notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bajiaid. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any account balance, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Fraud and Dishonesty: Any attempt to defraud bajiaid, its payment providers, or other players — including chargeback fraud, false identity claims, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker, coordinating bets in live casino games, or manipulating sports betting markets through insider information.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the Platform in any way that substitutes for genuine human decision-making.
• Exploiting Errors: Knowingly exploiting any technical fault, software bug, pricing error, or other system error to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from known errors are not payable and will be voided.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or using more than one account on bajiaid, whether to circumvent a self-exclusion, to claim multiple first-deposit bonuses, or for any other purpose.
• Money Laundering: Using bajiaid to launder funds derived from criminal activity, or to deposit and withdraw funds without any genuine intention to engage in gambling activity.
• Underage Use: Accessing or using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing a person under 18 years of age to use your account.
• Prohibited Jurisdiction Access: Accessing or using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or any other method of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform's systems or infrastructure, including any database, server, or administrative interface.

bajiaid employs real-time monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, we reserve the right to take immediate action without prior notice, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your bajiaid account at any time by contacting our support team at support@bajiaid. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your most recently used approved payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

Self-Exclusion: If you wish to close your account due to concerns about your gambling behaviour, you may request self-exclusion. Self-exclusion periods range from a minimum of 1 week to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be blocked and you will not be able to reopen it until the exclusion period expires (where a temporary exclusion was elected). Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to support@bajiaid and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. During the self-exclusion period, no marketing communications will be sent to you. Suspension and Closure by bajiaid: We reserve the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age;
• Discovery that the account holder is a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Identification of duplicate account activity;
• Discovery that the account holder is a current or former employee of bajiaid or an affiliated entity (without prior written approval to hold an account);
• Regulatory requirement, court order, or law enforcement direction.

Where an account is closed by bajiaid due to breach of these Terms or suspected fraud, bajiaid reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance held in the account pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any withheld real-money balance will be returned to the account holder via an approved payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bajiaid's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount of real-money funds held in your account at the time the relevant claim arose.

bajiaid shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or whether we had been advised of the possibility of it:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of business, contracts, or opportunities;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage;
• Losses arising from interruption of service caused by factors outside bajiaid's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, power failures, acts of God, government action, or third-party platform failures;
• Losses arising from your use of a third-party payment provider, including processing delays, fees, or payment errors on the part of the provider;
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We recommend that you use appropriate security software when accessing the Platform and that you maintain secure backups of any important data.

All content on the bajiaid Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of bajiaid or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By using the Platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Distribute, publish, or transmit any Platform content to third parties;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform;
• Use any automated tool (including scrapers, crawlers, or data extraction software) to collect data from the Platform;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website or application without express written consent from bajiaid.

Game content — including titles, artwork, sounds, and mechanics — is the intellectual property of the respective game providers (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is used by bajiaid under licence. Any unauthorised reproduction or use of game content is prohibited.

The bajiaid name, logo, and brand marks are the exclusive property of bajiaid. You may not use them in any manner without our prior written consent.

Amendments: bajiaid reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect. The date at the top of these Terms will be updated to reflect the effective date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bajiaid with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.

No Waiver: Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of bajiaid to be effective.

Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bajiaid operates as a safe and reliable platform serving the Bangladesh market; disputes will be resolved in good faith through our customer support process in the first instance. For unresolved disputes, the parties agree to attempt mediation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.

Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English language version shall prevail in all respects.
